Are You Unintentionally Poisoning Your Food?

While you and your family may be eating high-quality organic foods on a routine basis, a simple food preparation mistake may actually be poisoning the food you eat.


What’s more, you may even be told it is safe by some medical and government leaders who are completely unaware of the research on this toxic substance.


The toxic substance I am speaking of is sodium fluoride, added to citizens’ water supplies worldwide and used in food preparation in many homes. Even if you’re eating organic soup, for example, the fluoridated water being used to heat and cook the soup can have serious consequences when it comes to the health of you and your family — particularly young ones.


Yet it is no secret that sodium fluoride is destructive to human health. In fact, even the United States government was forced to call for lower fluoride levels amid the significant scientific findings and leading experts that have linked fluoride to startling health issues like reduced IQ and increased cancer rates.


Fluoride supplements have been shown to have no benefit for teeth according to the Journal of the American Dental Association, while causing proven physical and neurological harm, leading countries like Belgium to end the sale of this dangerous product.

And now, activism over water fluoridation is making legislative waves. Albuquerque, New Mexico recently limited fluoride use in the water supply, and some states are even issuing warnings over the dangers of fluoride on infant health.


In order to remove the fluoride from your drinking water, it is important to invest in a reverse osmosis water filter. Alternatively, you can purchase a reputable carbon filter that is proven to remove fluoride as well. Always remember that reverse osmosis water will require you to ‘re-add’ the natural minerals to the water, which can be done by adding a small amount of apple cider vinegar or even himalayan sea salt.
